Novell casa uninstall

We'll see if i finally register in the zone. The program installed fine. The agent is there and whatnot, but it will not under any circumstances show up in the zone. How do I get it to discover? Usually i would just do the installation and then it would automatically register. I'm on Windows 7. Windows 7 is not supported until I have the same issue removing the agent from our machines. The quickest fix for me is to uninstall the Zen Agent, which fails, but I reboot anyway.
